Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business (non tangible goods) we offer no refunds once work has begun.

Time frame is contingent on our workload so if you are in a hurry, ask us before purchasing and we will give your a clear idea on when we will begin working on your project.

Once we've given you a date on the start of your project, we will not revisit your project until that time.  On that particular date (or sooner but that rartely happens), all systems are go and we will begin working on a workplan with you.

Shipping

Because we sell non tangible goods, we ship (via email or install for you free of charge) to anywhere in the world over the internet.

If you would prefer to download the finished product, ask us and we will be happy to oblige.
